Features
BrakesHydraulic Disc Brakes
Hydraulic brakes use fluid to move the brake pads, as opposed to cables pulling on levers. They offer consistent, powerful, clean and quiet braking.
DrivetrainMicro Gearing
We've borrowed a little trick from our BMX friends, and used a smaller cog and chainring while maintaining the same ratio. This gives better clearance for grinds and tricks, all while dropping weight.
Mid-Type BB / Campy Style Headset
Easy bearing removal for servicing and replacing. No need for tools.
Fork20mm Through Axle
A large diameter axle, ends firmly piched by the fork legs, greatly increase the stiffness and steering response of the fork.
Frame4130 Cromo Tubing
Chromoly steel frames can be much stronger than aluminum. This is particularly important for street bikes, which are abused and crashed regularly. Also, the properties of steel give it a nicer, more supple ride than aluminum or carbon.
Butted Tubing
By thinning the walls of the frame tubing, you achieve lighter weight and better ride quality.
S-bend Seatstays
By carefully bending the seatstays, we are able to increase the ride quality of the bike. The curvy stays take a little bit of the sting out of road and trail imperfections.
Sliding Dropouts
The rear wheel dropouts slide horizontally to adjust chainstay length, and allow you to even run your bike as a single speed. They are also Rohloff ready, should you choose to use an internally geared 14 speed hub.
Sloping Top Tube
A Brodie trademark, the sloping top tube gives more clearance in emergency situations.
WheelsBolt On Rear Hub
By eliminating the rear quick realease we've stiffened the rear triangle of the bikes for better tracking.
Description Dirt-jump and Street are all about style, your style.  Having the right tools is critical.  Alienation pivotal seat and seat-post, Truvativ micro drivetrain, Alienation wheels and a sweet Avid Juicy 3 140mm brake are part of the equation.  Geometry and materials are another, so with über-short chainstays, competitive weight and a forgiving feel, you can turn your B-game into you're A-game.
