Features
BrakesHydraulic Disc Brakes
Hydraulic brakes use fluid to move the brake pads, as opposed to cables pulling on levers. They offer consistent, powerful, clean and quiet braking.
DrivetrainBash Guard
The third chain ring is replaced by a bash guard. Rest easy knowing your chain rings are protected from roots and rocks.
Mid-Type BB / Campy Style Headset
Easy bearing removal for servicing and replacing. No need for tools.
Fork20mm Through Axle
A large diameter axle, ends firmly piched by the fork legs, greatly increase the stiffness and steering response of the fork.
Frame1.5" Headtube
Larger diameter headtube means stronger welds and stiffer front end. As well, some 1 1/8" headsets tuck up inside, effectively lowering the stack height.
Butted Tubing
By thinning the walls of the frame tubing, you achieve lighter weight and better ride quality.
S-bend Seatstays
By carefully bending the seatstays, we are able to increase the ride quality of the bike. The curvy stays take a little bit of the sting out of road and trail imperfections.
Sealed Bearing Pivots
Sealed bearings provide smooth action and easy servicability. As well, durability is greatly improved over bushings.
Sloping Top Tube
A Brodie trademark, the sloping top tube gives more clearance in emergency situations.
Description A theme arises when you look at the Zealot, numbers. Numbers like 170mm RS Lyrik SoloAir, 1.5" steerer, 6" travel front and rear, 67° head-angle or 34lbs in a medium. Of course, unlike a specific number, the Zealot is limitless in all the different ways you'll ride it and all the amazing places you'll take it.
