A beautiful Sunday afternoon, we decided to hit the Vancouver Seawall for a cruise and tan. Taking to the streets/wall with our Brodie Romulus & new GoPro Hero2, we set our camera for a 30 sec picture interval & captured the ride from Vancouver>Seawall>Chinatown.
Whether you’re riding your bicycle or working out, make sure you’re not running on empty. Have a small snack before you hit the weights or the pavement! You cannot expect your body to perform when you have not given it some fuel. There is no point in doing a workout on an empty stomach. We had a 29er, a cyclocross bike, an electric cruiser, and a variable speed unicycle! The class was also unique in that 3 out of 4 students owned electric bicycles, with one student, Justin, owning Grin Technologies.
